Michelle Martin Bonner

Is a human resources professional with years of recruiting, retention, leadership development, facilitation, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging experience.

Currently, she is CEO of Ammempowerment, a professional development, diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm.

She is a graduate of St. Louis University Business School, St. Louis University Law School, and Missouri Baptist University, with a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry with an emphasis in Professional Education.

Heather Steranka

Is a Certified Diversity Professional with 10+ years’ experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Leveraging diversity-management skills and intercultural communication to build organizational capacity, improve employee engagement, facilitate change and create equity have been the focus of her career. She also works as an anti-racism and cross-cultural facilitator.  She is active in the Northeast Ohio community as a member of Plexus – LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, as a volunteer for YWCA of Greater Cleveland and the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage’s Stop the Hate® Project.  In her hometown of Akron, Ohio, she was honored to serve on the City of Akron Racial Equity and Social Justice Taskforce.

Brendan SOrg

Brendan Sorg serves as Associate General Counsel at The MetroHealth System, a large public safety net hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  In that role, Brendan serves as a legal representative to the Supplier Diversity Committee and works to expand opportunities for diverse and women-led businesses.  Brendan has served on the EOPF Board since 2017.
